While all the necessary health and safety precautions are taken during the preparation of our platters, please note they are prepared in a location whereby allergens are present and cross-contamination of allergens is possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee our platters are completely allergen free. We do our best to accommodate allergen requests, but due to the nature of our product, food items in our platters can come into contact with other foods in the platter containing allergens and may not be suitable for those with severe allergies.
