How to order a platter

How do I book a grazing table?

To book a grazing table you can send an email to info@glasgrazing.ie, direct message via our social media, or phone us and we will be in touch to arrange the details.

Do we deliver?

We offer delivery within County Clare. A delivery fee will be calculated depending on your location. Free delivery applies for bookings within a 10km of Lisdoonvarna. We cannot currently accommodate nationwide delivery due to the fresh nature of our product.

Are you able to cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, we can cater for dietary requirements. Contact us on info@glasgrazing.ie with any specific requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Do you provide allergen information

We have a full list of allergens here.

However, please note that our platters are prepared in a location whereby allergens are present and cross-contamination is possible. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our platters are totally allergen free. If you have any specific allergies, please let us know as we will do our best to accommodate this.

How far in advance do I need to order a platter?
For our platters we recommend a minimum of three days order notice. We try to accommodate last minute orders, but to avoid disappointment we always recommend ordering ASAP.
How do I book a grazing table?

For our grazing tables, we recommend a minimum of one months order notice. Again, we try to accommodate all last minute orders but due to the planning required for our grazing tables it becomes increasingly difficult to cater for the event in a short space of time.

How does payment work?

All orders must be payed 100% up front in order to secure your booking. A date can only be secured once the payment has been received in full.

Payment services are provided by Stripe.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my order?

If your grazing table booking is cancelled more than two weeks out from your event you will receive a 50% refund. Due to the time frame in which we operate, orders are not able to be refunded if they are cancelled or downsized within two weeks of your event.

If your platter order is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance of your confirmed order date you will receive a 50% refund. Platters cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded. In the event of a potential cancelation, downsize or any other changes, we recommend getting in touch with us and we will try our best to resolve any issues.

Where do you stand on sustainability?

We are very proud to source our produce locally, with all our cheeses, jams and chutneys being made in County Clare. All our produce is sourced seasonally, from Irish suppliers. All our platter components (boxes and portion pots) are made from compostable materials.

How should I store my platter?

Platters should be stored in the fridge and all foods should be consumed within 24 hours of receiving your platter.
