CANCELLATIONS & SURCHARGES:

Delivery surcharges may apply on public holidays and outside of business hours from 9.00am to 6.30pm.

We do not offer refunds, however, we do allow delivery date changes if notified 1 week or more in advance.

ALLERGENS:
we can cater to specific dietary requirements but cannot guarantee foods are totally free of major allergens due to the nature of our kitchen.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The limitations on liability set out below will not apply to any claim which is the consequence of fraud, dishonesty, wilful concealment, wilful misrepresentation or gross negligence by or on behalf of Glas Grazing.

Glas Grazing will under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any special, indirect or consequential losses arising out of this Agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that Glas Grazing maximum aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall in all circumstances be limited to the aggregate value of the invoice issued to the customer by Glas Grazing under this Agreement.

FORCE MAJEURE:

Glas Grazing will not be liable for failures or delays in performing its obligations hereunder arising from any cause beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, acts of civil or military authority, fires, strikes, lockouts or labour disputes, epidemics, governmental restrictions, wars, terrorist acts, riots, earthquakes, storms, typhoons, floods and breakdowns in electronic and computer information and communications systems .
